Plant-Based Nutrition Consulting

An evidence based approach to healthcare, presented in a modern and fresh way to encourage healthier choices and sustainable change.

Plant-based online consulting:

These sessions are designed to help those who want to naturally improve the following health issues with evidence-based nutrition:

  • High blood pressure
  • Cholesterol Problems
  • Blood glucose (Diabetes)
  • Body Acidity
  • Osteoporosis
  • IBS

The most current evidence shows that a plant-based diet is the nutritional equivalent of quitting smoking.

However- You can get a plant-based diet wrong and there are certain fundamentals that need to be adopted to get it right and this is what I teach:

  • What foods to eat to insure a balanced vitamin profile in the diet
  • What needs to be supplemented and why
  • Dealing with social pressure
  • Sustainability

Dr Paul currently works full-time in a corporate environment and does not see private patients except for online nutrition coaching (if this were to change it will be reflected on this website)

Each treatment session is individualised but would usually include a combination of the following:

  • Full body alignment (Manipulative therapy)
  • Dry needling (Trigger point therapy)
  • DEEP OSCILLATION®
  • Mobilisation
  • Soft tissue work
  • Cold/Heat Protocol
  • Prescribed Stretching
  • Behaviour modifications

*Techniques are only used when necessary and patient preference is priority when choosing techniques. If I feel further investigation is required to rule out a differential diagnosis it will be recommended.

There are 3 phases of treatment:

Pain relief care: eliminate immediate symptoms

Corrective care: treating the underlying cause of the problem

Maintenance care: maintaining the progress of the corrective phase and preventing further issues

The treatment protocols I use can help for several symptoms and conditions and can be used as a preventative measure against future problems. The response to treatment does vary because we are all individual and come with a very unique physical history.

These include:

  • Joint Pain (including the joints of arms and legs)
  • Muscle Pain/Tears/Stiffness
  • Headaches
  • Tennis/golfers elbow
  • Runner's knee
  • Achilles tendonitis
  • Plantar Fasciitis
